Hi, I'm Jason Chu.

And this is my website.

A little about myself.

You might know me by my online aliases, 1lann and onelann. My friends also call me Chuie.

I develop for the web, make random utilities, and I work a bit with embeddable devices in my free time. You can find some of my work on my GitHub profile. You might also catch me playing TETR.IO, or procrastinating on YouTube or Reddit. You can also read my thoughts on my blog.

I'm currently working at Cockroach Labs (remotely) from Seattle, Washington.

My skills and tools.

I can play the violin, and I'm not bad at informatics (stuff like Project Euler, Hacker Rank and Codeforces).

I mainly program in Go, and JavaScript for client-side things. I'm also competent at programming in Python, C/C++, and Lua. I can somewhat design things with CSS, but I still have a lot to learn.

My preferred text editor is VSCode. My terminal is WSL running in Windows Terminal with fish as my preferred shell. My preferred browser is Google Chrome.

I'm using a custom built computer with a Ryzen 5 3600X, Nvidia 2080 Super and 32 GB of RAM.

My work.

You can find most of my work on my GitHub profile.
